What we do.

We believe that managing well-being needs to be taught, not just advised, so that young people can achieve their full personal and academic potential. As a result, we have established ‘Tools For Thought’, a network that develops workshops to empower young people to manage their mental health.

Each workshop teaches young people tools that they can turn to in times of need, meaning that schools have more preventative mental health measures in place. The tools that are taught range from health and fitness to spoken word, provided by people that are passionate about the very tool that they themselves turn to in times of need.
